Exercise as partners, you and your significant other can always sign up to the same gym and exercise together, it’s good for you, and you’re each there to challenge one another too. Be cautious the way you bring this up though, she could think you’re calling her fat!
Cook together. Practically nothing is more loving than making a meal together. Go to the grocery store and pick out your ingredients and then head for your kitchen. So you aren’t a great cook? Go camping. Show your girl how to rough it by bringing her on a camping trip. Discover nature while you’re out in the woods. Go for a long bicycle ride or a hike and look for intriguing birds and butterflies. Pick wildflowers as you go along.
Take your girlfriend to her hometown and do a tour of special places from her past. Drive to the house she was raised in, the schools she went to, her favorite hangouts, etc. Then, take her to your hometown and do the same.
Shop together. Most men can’t stand shopping and girls know it. But by accompanying your girl to the mall you can get a good taste of what she wants to go shopping for, which can prove useful when it’s gift-giving time. Make use of her fashion savvy and allow her to select an outfit for you. Treat her to a special lunch afterwards.
Go on a picnic. Surprise her by packing a picnic lunch of snacks, fresh fruit and cheese and eat lunch on your blanket in the park. Next, fly a kite along side each other.
Visit the zoo. You don’t need to have a little kid with you to have an reason to visit the zoo. Take your significant other and enjoy all the unique and exotic animals. If you have not been to the zoo in a while, maybe you have forgotten the amount of fun it might be.
Visit a professional photo studio and get your portrait taken together. It will be a lifetime memoryof your happy relationship and it may come in handy some day in the future!
Go bowling, roller skating, ice skating or play a round of miniature golf. If you’re an avid golfer, take her to the driving range and hit a bucket of balls. You may soon discover that you have a new golfing pal.
The two of you can teach each other things, so share your knowledge! Next time her car is due for an oil change, do it together in your driveway. Then, sit down with her and learn how to knit, sew, cook or whatever else her specialty may be.
