My ex-wife is not returning my photo album. I have been asking for it for the last 20 years. She tells me she threw it away. I don’t believe it because she is not that crazy.

ask her why she will not return it to you. what can you do to get the photo album back. try to get her to talking rather than clamming up then you’ll catch her out and hopefully get back the album. thats such a shame.
No matter what she did with it, I hate to say it doesn’t look good after 20 years for you to get it back now.
It should have been put in the divorce decree and it sounds as if she is just been the sore loser here.
No, it’s not right but unfortunately some people can throw things out that you would never imagine.
The pictures can’t be replaced and she knows this. If there was a lot of animosity going through the divorce, she may have gotten angry and threw it out which is not fair to you.
